William C. Deveneau, Esq. PLC – Bennington, Vermont Office

Our Bennington, Vermont Office is also our main office. We serve all of Vermont, but mainly Southern Vermont, including the Counties of Bennington County, Windham County, Rutland County, and Windsor County, including the Towns of Bennington, Manchester, Rutland, Wilmington, Brattleboro, Chester, and Springfield.

The practice started in Bennington and has moved three times. Although our practice has moved a few times, our focus on estate planning, special needs planning, probate, tax, and business has not changed. Our new office was designed and built out to our specifications in the Vermont Mill Properties. We are on the third floor of an old mill building that was built in 1865 to manufacture woolen shawls. Over the years it has seen prosperity and despair, changing what it manufactured with the times. Now it has been re-purposed and has mainly commercial office space.
